In most cases, we will ship your goods from USA, China or Singapore to you via air express courier. The courier we use varies according to the destination country, but most for countries we currently use DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS...etc. It generally takes up to 10 business days for the goods to reach you (not including custom processing delays).

If your purchases are being shipped to you by using one of the air express couriers, they are dispatched from either USA, China or Singapore and then sent on to your nearest major logistics hub. From there the goods are delivered to your door by the courier's local services. Any Customs clearance paperwork and procedures will be handled by the courier company. They may need to contact you in certain situations to confirm details of a shipment. This is why it is important to always provide a useable phone number to us. In any cases where additional paperwork is required for customs clearance, will assist as much as possible. 



The prices depend on the number of items you order, and how much they weigh. 

All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual weight of the goods or the goods' physical dimensions, and in combination with the delivery location. 

The Air Waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your goods may show a weight that is lower than the shipping band you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, in which case the shipping band is calculated by dimensions rather than actual weight. 

The shipping prices depend on the rates offered by the shipping companies, and are subject to change without notice. However, we are constantly working hard on lowering your shipping costs. 

All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases of incorrect delivery. 

If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
